I also look back on 19 years' professional experience, translating within a core group of subject areas. I began translating when there was no internet and no Google, and word processors were still in their early stages. While that helped me perfect my craft, I have relied more and more on technology and the internet since then to provide the best services in the least amount of time. I invest in technical capabilities so that you can profit from my experience and expertise. I am also a member of professional associations for translators and the author of a book about the translation industry. That is how I demonstrate my long-term commitment to the translating profession. My goal is to be your preferred full-time professional translator for your strategic and sensitive documents that need a Brazilian Portuguese version.

But not always. Actually, I am selling my time, so I will have to review your source documents in order to find out how much time I will need to translate them. When you contact me for a price quote, you could tell me how many words your project has and in what format your documents are. But the best thing to do is to leave it with me.
